KAREN LYNN

Founder and President Karen Lynn has spent much of her 30-year career as an entrepreneur. During her career as a businesswoman, Karen realized the critical need and value of employing young adults with autism or other developmental challenges. She experienced first-hand that the right guidance and training was the key to help this untapped and underused workforce develop their skills and a career. Karen founded YCU: Your Career Unleashed and Mister Migs, LLC, its not-for-profit parent company, to help these young adults unleash their potential by experiencing and learning about work in a real work environment. Karen has been nationally recognized for her innovative leadership and for helping young adults with autism and developmental challenges lead productive lives. Money Magazine selected Karen as the Georgia Hero in their “50 Heroes 50 States” feature story.

DIANE MURRAY

Diane Murray is an international social media expert, combining her love of fashion, photography and dogs. She currently manages the social media for her celebrity dog, “Sparkles the Diva,” a Mister Migs Ambassadorable, who has over 45,000 followers worldwide. She is the lead strategist for mobilizing the Mister Migs Ambassadorable Program, an international network of exceptional dogs and their human parents who help spread the message and mission of Mister Migs, dog gear for good. Diane also serves as advisor to the Mister Migs product line, helping Mister Migs stay ahead of the trends and maintain its position as a leader in the marketplace for dog lovers and fashionable and functional dog gear.

RICK DEEMER

Rick Deemer is the founding partner of Deemer Davidson PC, an accounting and financial consulting firm since 1972. His experience in the financial sector also includes serving as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for a large corporation. Rick’s experience spans the world of finance including audit practice, merger and acquisitions, succession planning, sales, and company start-ups. Rick is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) as well as a Certified Design Accountant (CDA). Rick holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Auburn University. He has served on the Board of Wow In-Sync, Inc./Mister Migs LLC since his retirement in 2013.

TIM HARRIS

Tim Harris has worked as an executive and entrepreneur in advertising, multimedia production, television broadcasting, and sales for over 30 years. As an entrepreneur, Tim founded multiple small businesses including an independent advertising agency, television satellite company, video duplication company, and DVD authoring business. He has worked with young adults with developmental disabilities for over 12 years, serving as a mentor and advocate, helping them lead productive lives.

MOLLY HOPKINS

Molly Hopkins is founder and co-owner of Livi Rae Lingerie www.liviraelingerie.com, a successful specialty boutique in metro Atlanta since 2004. Molly manages and oversees the business operations and marketing for the organization. Livi Rae Lingerie is nationally known as the featured boutique on Lifetime TV’s hit docu-series Double Divas. In addition to its brick and mortar operation, Livi Rae recently launched its global e-commerce offerings with product available to its fans around the world. Molly is a graduate of Bauder College in Fashion Design.
